Care keeps your system current and protected, and keeps us on call: tested updates, security updates, up to two fix requests a month (security fixes and problems our own update caused are free and don't count), a written health report every month, and support by text and email.

How many people use it?

Start date: for a new install, Care starts at go-live. If your install is already running, Care starts the day your first payment clears.
Renewal: Care renews automatically, every month or every year depending on your plan, at the price above, until you cancel. Yearly plans get a reminder email 15 to 30 days before renewal.
Cancel anytime at commandkey.ai/cancel or by email to support@commandkey.ai. Monthly Care ends at the end of the month you've paid for; a month that has started isn't refunded. A yearly plan runs through the year you paid for, with no refund for the remaining months.
Coming back after a lapse: if your Care ended (or you never started it after your install), re-joining includes a one-time catch-up of one month's price for each month Care was off, capped at three months. It covers the updates and security updates you get on re-joining. First-time enrollment within 30 days of your install has no catch-up. We confirm the exact amount by email before anything is charged.
Payment: after you enroll, we email you a secure payment link within one business day. Care turns on when the first payment clears, and your CommandKey app lights up at its next check.
