What we collect on this website, and why.

Who we are
CommandKey AI, LLC, based in Enterprise, Alabama. Questions or requests: support@commandkey.ai.
What you give us
When you fill out the free week audit form, email us, or use the chat on this site, we get what you type: your answers, your email address and your messages. We use it to answer you, write your plan, and follow up on what you asked for. We keep form answers no longer than 12 months. Please don't send passwords, customer data or anything regulated.
Chat messages are answered by an AI model from Anthropic, which processes them to produce the reply. Forms run on Google Forms, and email runs on Microsoft 365.
Visit statistics
We count visits with GoatCounter, which doesn't use cookies or build a profile of you.
Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)
This site uses the Meta Pixel. When you visit a page or click a link to our week audit form, your browser tells Meta, which uses cookies and similar technology to recognize you. We use it to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who've visited, on Facebook and Instagram. Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta does with it.
To opt out: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the pixel doesn't load at all. Or use the switch below, which turns it off on this browser. You can also change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or opt out of interest-based ads industry-wide at aboutads.info.
We don't receive or store pixel data ourselves; we only see Meta's summary reports. What Meta keeps, and for how long, is covered by Meta's privacy policy.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information for money. We don't share it except with the service providers above, with Meta through the pixel described above (some state laws call that a "sale" or "sharing" of data for targeted advertising, and the opt-outs above apply to it), and when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@commandkey.ai from the address you used and we'll handle it within 30 days. If we ever send you marketing email (only if you ticked the box on our form), every one has a way to unsubscribe, and replying "stop" works too.

If this page changes, we'll update the date at the top.
