One or two people running the work, at any size company: at most two users. A second user is the $400 extra-user add-on. Works for your home life too: connect your personal email and calendar and it handles that side as well. Email, calendar, files, texting from your phone, the security controls on our Security page, and three workflows built from your examples.
Care Package after install: $195/month, plus $100/month for a second user.
Team
From $6,500
Three or more people use it. Includes approval rules for who signs off on what. Three workflows, and approval rules set to how your business signs off on work. Users and scope are set in your Blueprint, and each user needs their own Claude subscription.
Care Package after install: $500/month for up to 3 users, plus $100/month for each user after that.
Workflows: every install comes with three, built from your examples. Build more yourself any time, free. Want us to build one, or cover one you built? $750 flat: we build or fix it, test it, and Care keeps it running. Anything that needs a new app connection or new code starts at $2,000, quoted first. Add-ons: extra user $400, a second computer for the same person $500 (no extra Care). Annual Care: add users any time (prorated), remove them at renewal. You pay Anthropic directly for Claude (Pro $20 or Max $100 to $200 a month, per user).
