No call and no runaround. Send one email from the address on your account and you're done.

• We confirm your cancellation by email within 1 business day.
• Monthly Care ends at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you aren't charged again. A month that has already started isn't refunded. If you prepaid for the year, cancelling stops the renewal and your Care Package runs through the end of the year you paid for. There's no refund for the remaining months.
• Your system keeps running on the version that's installed, on your computer and in your accounts.
• What stops: our tested updates, security updates, fixes, the monthly report, support (text and email) and the Care rate on add-ons.
• Coming back later: re-joining Care includes a one-time catch-up of one month's price for each month it was off, capped at three months.
